Couples Photo Session at Sand Run Metro Park, Big Bend Area

As part of my fall mini sessions I had the pleasure of meeting B & D for couples maternity photos! They were expecting their little one in just over a month, so this was the perfect opportunity for some gorgeous couples and maternity photos before they became a family of three!

The Location

Hands down, Sand Run Metro Park is one of my favorite spots in Akron, Ohio for photography. The Big Bend trailhead, where we took these photos, is located in the most beautiful area. It’s surrounded by tall trees and offers great shade even earlier in the day, there is an offshoot of the river lining part of the trail, scenic wooden paths, a pond, and the CVNP train might just roll through during your session!

B & D’s Session

During B & D’s session, we stayed close to the trailhead and took advantage of the wooden paths and the cute benches lining the pond. Oh, and of course, the beautiful fall foliage that was beginning to change!

I am so excited for them and their growing family. Their love for one another and their excitement for their new little one really shines through in their photos!
