C & N just got engaged and wanted to celebrate the moment with engagement photos at their favorite trails in Cuyahoga Valley National Park. They decided on Ledges and Kendall Lake for their CVNP engagement photos and had the most romantic and nostaligic-vibes photo session while exploring the trails and watching sunset together.

We met a couple of hours before sunset on a mid-July evening and first explored their favorite parts of the Ledges trail: the bat caves area and meadow! Northeast Ohio was in a heatwave, but luckily it was nice and cool on the shaded trail.

Afterwards, we headed over to Kendall Lake, avoided the geese that call it home, and waited for sunset to light up the sky in beautiful soft pinks.

The session was relaxed and felt unique to C & N’s relationship. I loved having the opportunity to capture these two in their favorite places!
